Serving FL CoC 507 (Orange, Osceola, & Seminole County) & FL CoC 520 (Lake County)

By providing support at a community level we can end homelessness among the Veteran population. HSN is the lead agency of the FL-507 Continuum of Care (CoC) for Seminole, Orange and Osceola Counties in Central Florida. HSN provides oversight for a variety of housing, employment, behavioral and primary health care, and supportive services to adults, at-risk-youths and families who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or living with disabilities.
